FAQs: Delivery, Building, and Pad Prep

How should I prepare my site for delivery?

Make sure the site is ready before we arrive, whether the shed is delivered fully assembled or built on-site. We can recommend materials and pad sizing to ensure a solid foundation.

How does shed or barn delivery work?

We pre-build your shed or barn at our shop, deliver it to you, and use our Shed Mule to wheel it into place. This avoids driving heavy trucks on your lawn and prevents yard damage.

What happens if my building is too large for delivery?

For larger structures like custom barns, cabins, or garages, we deliver the prebuilt parts and assemble the building on-site. Smaller buildings are often finished in a day, while larger projects may take a few days.

Do you offer on-site construction for smaller sheds?

Yes, we offer on-site construction for both large and small buildings. Smaller sheds may have an additional fee.

Why choose Twin Oaks Barns for Ohio custom barns and sheds?

We deliver and build high-quality custom barns and sheds with smooth, damage-free installation across Ohio.
